Selon lui, l’absence de r\u00e9formes d\u00e9mocratiques conduit le pays dans une trappe sans r\u00e9formes, avec un parti et un Etat extr\u00eamement pesants, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une corruption \u00e9norme, de vastes gaspillages; selon l’auteur (qui vient d’\u00e9crire un livre<\/a> sur le sujet), la strat\u00e9gie d’\u00e9volution \u00ab\u00a0contr\u00f4l\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb est \u00e0 terme vou\u00e9e \u00e0 l’\u00e9chec. Des id\u00e9es iconoclastes \u00e0 une \u00e9poque ou ce pays fait l’objet d’une admiration oblig\u00e9e.
